Once you sign off, the main production run leaves our California studio within the committed timeline in your quote (typically 7 business days for standard, 3–4 business days for rush). SHIPPING OPTIONS & COST Ground shipping within the continental U.S. is included for both sample kits and bulk deliveries. Expedited or multi-destination freight can be arranged on request and billed at carrier cost. DELIVERY ESTIMATES Standard ground service arrives 3–6 business days after dispatch. Expedited options (2-Day or Overnight) are available for time-sensitive launches; lead times vary by carrier and destination. TRACKING & STATUS We send tracking details for every shipment—samples and production runs—so your team can monitor delivery and plan unboxing moments. SHIP-TO COVERAGE We currently ship business orders to all U.S. states (including AK/HI) and most business-friendly PO/APO addresses. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS If anything arrives damaged in transit or a shipment is delayed beyond carrier updates, let us know immediately. We’ll fast-track replacements or issue an exchange so your plans stay on schedule. RETURNS & SATISFACTION If the finished run doesn’t meet expectations, reach out within 14 days of delivery—we’ll issue a full refund. Share any feedback so we can dial in the next pour.
